Bed and breakfast accommodation is provided in Holland Hall which is a 5-10 min walk from the conference venue.

Late Arrivals and Departures Residential delegates should make their way to the university residences prior to registration where there will be a secure area to keep luggage, although rooms will not be available until 3pm on the day of arrival. The reception will be open until 10.30pm on all nights of your conference. After this time the Campus security team will hold the keys.
If you arrive after 10.30pm please make your way to Campus Security, located at Northcote House and contactable on 01392 263999. If you travel by taxi, keep your taxi. Once you have received your keys please go to your accommodation block.
Advance notification of arrivals after 10.30pm must be made to the Exeter Sales Office, during office hours, on +44 (0)1392 215566.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10am. A secure luggage storage area will be available for delegates remaining in Exeter for the day.
Internet
It is possible to access the Internet in university bedrooms (if you have your own laptop with you). There is WiFi access from some public spaces on campus. Delegates are required to provide an Ethernet cable. A limited number of Ethernet cables are available to borrow from the reception area - a refundable deposit will be required.
Telephone
Telephone cards can be purchased in the reception areas.
Breakfast Arrangements
A full English Breakfast is included in the price of University accommodation, and will be available in the dining room between 7.45am and 8.45am.
Tea and Coffee making facilities
All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge.
Laundry facilities
All residential delegates have access to laundry facilities.
Car Parking
Car Parking is free for residential delegates. You will be given a parking permit when registering. For non residential delegates there are pay & display machines located around the University Campus. The charge during weekdays are as follows - up to 1 hour - £0.60, up to 2 hours - £1.00, up to 4 hours - £2.00, over 4 hours - £3.00. There are no parking charges at weekends or after 6pm in the evenings.
